A bold twist on classic comfort food, this Dill Pickle Cheeseburger Pasta combines Savory Spoon Pickle Pomodoro sauce with savoury ground beef, melty cheddar, and a tangy mustard drizzle. Fun, craveable, and ready in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients
Pasta
1 jar Savory Spoon Pickle Pomodoro Sauce
450 g (1 lb) ground beef
300 g short pasta (penne or shells)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Mustard Drizzle
¼ cup Dijon mustard
2 tbsp yellow mustard
2–3 tbsp mayonnaise
1–2 tbsp pickle brine (or white vinegar)
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Freshly cracked black pepper
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Season lightly with salt and pepper and drain excess fat.
Add Savory Spoon Pickle Pomodoro Sauce to the beef and simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in cooked pasta and shredded cheddar until melted and evenly combined.
In a small bowl, whisk together all mustard drizzle ingredients until smooth.
Serve pasta warm and finish with a light drizzle of mustard sauce just before serving.
