A bold twist on classic comfort food, this Dill Pickle Cheeseburger Pasta combines Savory Spoon Pickle Pomodoro sauce with savoury ground beef, melty cheddar, and a tangy mustard drizzle. Fun, craveable, and ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Pasta

  • 1 jar Savory Spoon Pickle Pomodoro Sauce

  • 450 g (1 lb) ground beef

  • 300 g short pasta (penne or shells)

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Mustard Drizzle

  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard

  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard

  • 2–3 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1–2 tbsp pickle brine (or white vinegar)

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • Freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Season lightly with salt and pepper and drain excess fat.

  3. Add Savory Spoon Pickle Pomodoro Sauce to the beef and simmer for 5 minutes.

  4. Stir in cooked pasta and shredded cheddar until melted and evenly combined.

  5. In a small bowl, whisk together all mustard drizzle ingredients until smooth.

  6. Serve pasta warm and finish with a light drizzle of mustard sauce just before serving.
